

I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM Other people seem to have luck and others dont. If it comes from China, just let me know and dont pull my leg and give me the run around that it is sold out but then continue to sell it.


Had to call my bank and dispute the charges. 5 to 7 business days to locate or 14 in rare cases. They said they were going to investigate and never hear back. I asked to track my package and they said it was ALREADY DELIVERED. Okay well I waited till my scheduled delivery date for my second one (shipped separately remember) amd it never came. Finally after ordering on March 30th I got ONE swimsuit on may 4th. When I logged on they sent me the same message as before delays be patient. Once again no information on any products so I sent them Another ticket. They stated because it "sold out" there will be a delay of 7 to 15 businesses days and my other one only 1 or 2 business days, they asked if I want to ship them separately. After awhile I have not heard anything from fedex on tracking so i sent them a ticket. I was excited and played for the 8.99 shipping option. My personal experience felt like a disaster. This was a theft, I'm sure I am not the only person they have stolen from! Beware! If the option was no stars that would have been my rating!

This, is theft! Answering customers, when getting a message, and sending return information in the package sent out, is productive customer service. California is in the USA! They have now kept the over 50 dollars I have spent on this item, and will do nothing more. Their response was since I hadnt returned it to an address in the USA, I could not get a refund, because they didnt physically have the package and it would cost to much to have it sent where they wanted it. After I gave the customer support the return address, and tracking number, and the usps service had delivered the package, I again contacted the customer support with this information. The item was returned to Chino California. The item I returned required me to pay an additional 9 dollars. The response was They could give me a partial refund and points if I kept the item or returned it back to their address in the USA. I inquired again after I had sent the item back. I inquired with the customer support with no response for a few days. So basically, you take a chance with this company.I bought a 40 dollar swim suit, measured by their guidelines, when the item came it was extremely to big. It was also very difficult to communicate with them as their system would not let me start a case on their website/app and would not let me reply to them when they started a case so I had to send a new email everytime i wanted to speak to them. They are either not good with english or they are playing dumb but either way, they gave the run around and never gave me my money back for the missing item. Ive been trying to get refund since the shipment came in about 2 months ago and ive been getting the run around. If it wasnt for the missing item that i will explain later, I wouldve recommended them but: One item from a 6 item order was never sent due to a stock issue and they DID NOT contact me or give me a refund for that missing item. Most of the clothes that came in were well made, the sizing can be really tricky so you have to look at the measurements and kinda figure out by the type of material how things will fit. Missing item, no refund, frustrating customer service
