The 53rd Annual GMA Dove Awards, co-hosted by Erica Campbell and Chris Tomlin, were handed out on October 18th, 2022, in Nashville, Tennessee. 1K Phew & Lecrae announce new collaborative album, 'No Church In A While' and release the first single/video, 'Wildin'. Their collaborative album, No Church In A While, released December 3, 2021, on Reach Records, featured ten tracks, including “Wildin,” “Ready Or Not,” “Move It,” “One Call,” “What We Gon Do,” “Amen,” “Blockhead,” “Born Sinner,” “Save Us,” and the title track.
While Lecrae has won countless awards in his illustrious career, this Dove Award, represents a second for 1K Phew who won in the same category at the 37th Annual Stellar Awards. 1K Phew’s new project collaborative album with Lecrae, No Church In A While, features 10 tracks including: Wildin Ready Or Not, Move It, One Call, What We Gon Do, Amen, Blockhead, Born Sinner Save Us, and No Church In A. 1K Phew Time to go Wild N Out, yeah They know we Wild N Out yeah Camden got the sauce 1K Phew. In addition to their big win, Reach Records labelmate Hulvey also won a Dove Award in the Rock Contemporary Recorded Song Of The Year category for his feature on Crowder’s “Higher Power.” 1K Phew accepted the award for himself and Lecrae backstage as the “Rap/Hip Hop Gospel Album of The Year Award” w previously announced this year. Christian hip-hop icons 1K Phew and Lecrae won the coveted Rap/Hip Hop Gospel Album of the Year award at the 53rd Annual GMA Dove Awards for their collaborative album, No Church In A While, released December 3, 2021, on Reach Records.
